SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We currently only ship within Hong Kong. We ship our orders via S.F. Express or Hong Kong Post. Orders shipped via both couriers will typically arrive within 2 to 6 business days. We do not ship to PO boxes. 

We are not shipping international at this moment. 

We offer free shipping for orders on HK$ 300 or more after any discounts or promotions have been applied. 

For orders less than HK$ 300 there is a HK$ 30 delivery charge. 

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed. Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect shipment once they are on route to you. 

All orders ship from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Generally, orders will take 1-2 days to be processed and shipped. 

Orders can not be modified once placed and confirmed. 

We do not accept any kind of return after order confirmation.

If your package was damaged during shipping, save the package and merchandise and notify us immediately at info@thesoftglow.com with pictures, we will arrange a courier to pick up and inspect the damaged package and the damaged items will be replaced for your. 

If your order is cancelled due to pre-order or backorder items, you will receive an email notice alerting you to the cancellation. You will be fully refunded for any cancelled items.
